In case you're stuck, below are steps for getting through the story.

Walkthrough:

1. Talk to your neighbour
2. Talk to the crying boy with the sled
3. Get the shovel from the area to the left
4. Talk to the boy to dig the sled out of the snowbank
5. Go north and talk to the snow plow driver
6. Talk to the sled boy again to open QuickStop
7. Talk to the plow driver to have him remove the snow in the road
8. Go back to the scene where you picked up the shovel and continue north
9. Go the the left until you get to the fire station, then talk to the fireman
10. Go back to the right and talk to Sparky (the fire dog mascot)
11. Go down to Joamie school and try to talk to the kid in green
12. After the cutscene, talk to the teacher (in purple)
13. Leave the hospital and go back to Joamie school
14. Talk to the boy in the green to get Sparky's eye back
15. Talk to Sparky again
16. Go back to the fire station and talk to the fireman
17. Go back to the road north that had been blocked by the firetruck
18. Reunite with Poster Nutbag!
